We strive to ensure your products are made with the freshest ingredients and are delivered to you error free.  

If in the event your order requires a revisit, we request you read through our refund policy.

 

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

 

Refunds

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your personal care products, you have 7 calendar days from the date you recived your products, to request a full refund. Refunds include cost of goods and taxes.  In all cases, the date of receipt is determined by the delivery date identified by the shipper's (eg. USPS) tracking number.  To initiate a refund, your must complete our refund form.  Your item must have a receipt for proof of purchase. Once processed. we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 2-5 business day, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds DO NOT include Shipping costs. (see Shipping below)

 

Shipping

Please be advised that Shipping costs are non­refundable for refunds.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions. 

 

Replacements

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your personal care products, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

For domestic shipments, Unique & Natural only uses USPS priority shipping for a 2-3 day delivery span.  (Please note that this is not guaranteed by the USPS)  In any case, if you do not receive your shipments within 2 weeks, you have an additional 7 calendar days to request a replacement. You must complete our Replacement Form to initiate a replacement.  You may also contact us, in writing, of your request.  If approved, replacement shipping we be paid by Unique & Natural. 

 

Cancellations:

NO REFUND:  All payments are non-refundable.  If you find that you may be unable to attend a class you have an option to reschedule.

Reschedule - Please notify us through email, phone, or our contact form if you would like to reschedule a class.

No Show - If you are a no show for any reason, you will be unable to re-schedule.
